Our cast bronze bearings are made to exacting dimensions in a full range of sizes. These standard bearings are made from SAE 660 bronze Continuous Cast Bar Stock. Our standard bronze bushings and bronze sleeve bearings are stocked in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and lengths.
DBM offers a complete line of Standard SAE 841 Powdered Metal Bearings including plain sleeve, flanged and thrust washers. For proper lubrication, we use the highest quality SAE 30 oils available. Our standard lubricant has an effective operating range from +175ºF to +220ºF. Applications requiring extended or unusual operating ranges must be identified so that we can select a special lubricant to do the job. This impregnation process is available for a minimal charge.
Diversified Bronze & Manufacturing, Inc. provides powdered metal bar, plate, and discs in a wide range of sizes. Powdered metal parts are commonly used when you have a lubrication issue to solve. Our self-lubricating standard bar, plate, and powdered metal disks are in stock, high quality, and available.
